In an exhilarating display of intellectual prowess, confidence, and eloquence, TLT hosted the Second Inter-School Debate Competition on October , 2025, that left both participants and audience in awe. The competition was more than a rhetorical showcase; it was a testament to TLT’s commitment to fostering important communication skills and shaping articulate, confident, and informed individuals prepared for the challenges ahead. Students from Grades 7 to 9 debated on a range of global issues relevant to our society, and this platform not only gave them an opportunity to hone their public speaking skills but also their observation, research, and writing abilities.

It was a close competition amongst participating schools—Froebel’s Education Centre, Bay View Academy, and Haque Academy—with students exhibiting tremendous enthusiasm and remarkable talent in both public speaking and writing.

As we celebrate the success of this event, we eagerly anticipate an even more exciting competition next year. Here’s to promoting a future generation of articulate and influential communicators!
