TLT offers competitive compensation that includes salary, benefits, and leave. The Learning Tree places all employees on the applicable salary schedule as described in the TLT Staff Compensation Plan. Teachers are placed based on experience as instructor in a classroom and according to established guidelines. For administrative and hourly positions, TLT assigns each position to one of five bands based on multiple considerations including scope and level of responsibility, supervisory load, required prior experience, and band placement for similar positions. All administrative and hourly employees start at step 1 for the designated band regardless of past experience.
Depending on contract status and FTE percentage, leave may include personal time off, sick leave, bereavement leave, family and medical leave, elective leaves of absence, and more.
